From value engineering meetings to final pickup, proper job planning is the key to a smoothly running project. Pre-job meetings with subcontractors and superintendents solve costly problems before the construction phase. We take pride in our preparation to ensure proper location of concrete embedments and to be certain that all plumbing, heating and electrical layouts are incorporated into our framing. Manpower planning is the most important and difficult part of our job. Framing schedules are drafted as soon as we receive a start date, allowing foremen to begin scheduling tradesmen weeks in advance. Once the job has begun, we continue to plan ahead and every effort is made to complete your job on schedule.
